The situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) has progressed rapidly. We have kept a close eye on developments and have taken the difficult decision to suspend our services and activities from the Clubhouse and Community Gym until further notice. The Bradby Club is a community hub that welcomes young people and adults from all across Rugby, and it is for this reason that we feel we must now close our centre in order to protect the … [Read more...]

Outward Bound Residential
With funding from Children in Need, the Bradby Club was able to take 7 young people away in August to Outward Bound in Aberdovey, Wales. This residential experience provides the young people with opportunities and activities that develop and encourage teamwork, leadership and challenging them to do more than they think they can. It was in Wales, so obviously we saw a lot of rain but in between the rain, canoeing, climbing and leaping the … [Read more...]

Drayton Manor Again!!
Bradby young people enjoyed a day out at Drayton Manor over the Easter break. Although the weather was a little temperamental all the young people seemed to enjoy themselves and were not worried in the slightest about getting a little wet; especially when followed up with a ride on the log flume! Moody weather does have its benefits, the park was relatively quiet which allowed our young participants to enjoy the rides many times over. A fantastic … [Read more...]
Nationwide Windows Continued Support For Brabs
Youth Centres and vandalism tend to come hand in hand; with the nature of the work they do and the negative choices some young people make. Bradby is no different however since the installation of our alarm and CCTV systems incidents (touch wood) have all but ceased. We now experience next to no issues and when we do are able to identify and hold accountable the offenders who choose to damage the club. With that being said there is still a number … [Read more...]
